"Everything can be fried" air fryer, is it really fragrant or carcinogenic?

Acrylamide, a by-product derived from heating plant foods at high temperatures, has been evaluated by the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) and classified as a Group 2A carcinogen. Any fried and baked food is a significant source of acrylamide. Using an air fryer can reduce the amount of oil used, lower the heat of the food and make the whole frying process safer and more controllable, but remember not to use it too often.
